And moreover, we should confess all our sins to a priest and receive from him the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Besides this we must bring forth fruits befitting repentance and love our neighbors as ourselves.

Conversion of heart is the means by which we grow closer to our Lord and one another in love. The fullest expression of this conversion and repentance is the Sacrament of Penance. Through this sacrament we experience first-hand the great mercy of God and the forgiving love of Christ which grants reconciliation. Therefore we receive the Sacrament of Penance often and make a daily examination of conscience.
