In looking upon His Heart each day,
w
e find the source of joy and fidelity in our way of life.
At the very center of our consecrated life is our union with the Heart of Jesus Christ, renewed and deepened through our encounter with Him in community and personal prayer.  It is only through this union that we personally encounter the Merciful Love of Christ in order to make it visible to the world through our service.

The Scriptural passage at the basis of our Spirituality is:

“They will look on the One whom they have pierced.” Jn. 19:37

The vision that we possess, drawn out of the overflowing sources of salvation of our crucified and glorious Lord, is indicated by Christ Himself when He says: "If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me! Let the man come and drink who believes in Me."  Scripture says, "From His breast shall flow fountains of living water."

Therefore we want always to be open to receive the love which our Redeemer seeks to give to the world in the Holy Spirit.  Our response to him is the life we live, which seeks Him above all." Constitutions, 105.

At the Center of our life is the Heart of Christ.

It is the Merciful Love of Christ that we want to make visible in our service.

Our Congregation was consecrated to the Sacred Heart on May 26, 1907.

Our lives of prayer are lived expressions of our love for Christ, our Spouse.
