Weihnachtsmarkt 2007!

The Novitiate put their heads together to prepare a festive Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas Market) for their Co-Sisters.

Sr. M. Alexandra even dug out her Christmas apron for the occasion.

...And with a little help from the friendly neighborhood juniors, the meal was prepared. Though cold and snowing, Sr. M. Teresa and Sr. M. Vianney braved the elements. The brats must be done!

Food and crafts overflowed the tables and were enjoyed by the Professed Sisters. This all came at a price, however. The currency, prayer marks (Hail Mary's) flowed from the Sisters' hearts. This earned the Novitiate many prayers, and the Professed, many rosaries to say.

The Professed Sisters must have found the prices reasonable because the tables were left bare and the Sisters walked away with big smiles, evidence of an enjoyable time spent with their Co-Sisters.
